For more than five decades, Shannon Auto Sales has been a part of the Alle-Kiski Valley community.
Our story began in 1971, when Shannon Auto Sales was started by the owner’s father. What began as a small local business grew through the years by staying focused on the things that matter most: honesty, commitment and personal service.
Today, Shannon Auto Sales continues that tradition from our location along Route 66 in Parks Township, Armstrong County. While the business has evolved over the years, our approach has remained the same — treat people fairly, stand behind what we do and take the time to help our customers.
More Than Just a Car Dealership
We’re a small-town business, and we believe that’s one of our greatest strengths.
When you purchase a vehicle from us, you’re not simply buying a car and driving away. We take the time to make sure our vehicles are serviced and safety checked by a Pennsylvania Inspection Mechanic before they’re offered for sale. Our goal is to provide dependable, affordable transportation that our customers can feel good about.
We can also help with financing when needed, and many of our vehicles have service contracts available for purchase.
But our services don’t stop at vehicle sales.
Shannon Auto Sales is also a full-service notary, title and T-plate center, with Pennsylvania state access to help customers with their vehicle paperwork. We also offer insurance services, making it possible to take care of many of the things you need to get your vehicle on the road in one convenient location.
A Family Tradition That Continues
Shannon Auto Sales has always been about more than simply running a business. It’s about continuing something that was started by family and maintaining a relationship with the community that has supported us for generations.
After his father’s passing, the current owner made a commitment to keep Shannon Auto Sales going. That commitment included helping care for his mother, who battled cancer for much of her life. Although she passed away in 2023, the business continues today — carrying forward the family tradition that began more than five decades ago.
Today, Shannon Auto Sales remains a small, locally operated business. We may not be the biggest dealership around, but we’re proud of the personal attention and familiar service that come with being a small-town business.
